You must contact us to with 5 days of receipt to start the return or exchange process

Merchandise must be returned to our premises within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment. If returned after 30 days, a merchandise credit will be issued. (we understand that during the Covid 19 Pandemic this may be difficult so we will be lenient if the return shipping date is no longer than 15 days past date of receipt)

Merchandise must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

Merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.

Face masks are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Ship the Item to Nymphi using the same shipping method used during purchase to the address supplied on the shipping label.

Returning Bridal Gowns

Gowns not returned in original condition may be refused or subject to a 75 Euro restocking fee. 

When you contact Nymphi to arrange return please provide information for the reasoning of the return (too big/small etc)

Couture, Made to Measure Gowns

All Couture, Made to Measure Gowns are made-to-order, meaning each gown is made upon receiving the customer order. Once placed, these gown orders cannot be modified. Due to this, the return and cancellation policy differs from the rest of the collection.

Cancellations and returns will be subject to a restocking fee equal to 50% of the retail price.

In the event you need to make a return, your made-to-order gown must be returned within 30 days of delivery, must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks. Gowns not returned in original condition may be refused.

Nymphi is not responsible for shipping fees or lost returns. Please obtain a tracking number for your records.

Refund Process

Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur.

A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Gift Card purchases will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.
